Another nifty trick for closing wormholes.
So critical wh.
Nothing can be done, eh ? Not quite.
1/ go in with covops and scan an exit to empire, return with covops
2/ fit HD with 100mn ab
3/ warp to wh and engage buble. jump in
4/ wait 30 seconds and engage ab. jump back.
repeat until wh is closed.

If the target is not in an Anomaly or if it is a mining ship then we can be relatively certain our target is in a Cosmic Signature and we will need to use combat scanner probes to locate our target.
Congrats, you just told those guys in the signature - get off it with you hulks/pve tengu's/whatever and warp in "salvager" dictor or just sit on pos.
Every wh resident constantly scans for probes.

Great guide. A couple of corrections:

* A wormhole goes mass critical at 10% left, not 25%. And remember that it could have been at 10.1% before you jumped - don't assume you have the full 10% left. If it's critical, you should assume that the very next jump will collapse it, and don't assume that it will be you doing the jumping.
* Signatures can appear up to 8AU away from celestials. I am unsure whether anoms use 8AU or the 4AU you cited.
* It is the second jump through the same wormhole that starts the 4 minute polarization timer, not the first one. The first jump just starts the normal 30 second session change timer.
* Never go into a wormhole without a plan for how you will get out if the wormhole collapses. Always carry a second set of probes, in case you disconnect while your probes are out and can't get back until after your entry wormhole is gone.
* Never, ever forget to bookmark a wormhole you just jumped through. Even if you think your corp gave you a bookmark for the hole.

Good catch Miri. Yes I meant MASS increase, and not signature. For T2 varieties the increase in mass would be: 1mn = 500.000kg, 10mn = 5.000.000, 100mn = 50.000.000.

Good intel. Since I AM one of those miners sitting in POS's it's handy to know what the opposition might be up too.

Sorry dude, gotta correct something. Yes a MWD will increase your signature AND your mass.. but signature size of your ship is irrelevant when it comes to transiting a WH. WH transits are all about the Mass of the ship and what the WH limits are.
