Yes, you are correct, offlining the plates will not issue a mass penalty, however we have found out that:

(a) you can always count that someone will forget to offline them or even worse - to online them
(b) going for higher resistances rather than buffer tank is much better for fighting Sleepers
(c) the cap needed is not so much of a problem (unless ofcourse there is a gank on the other side) since we always fit some Energy Transfers

I&#039;ll make sure to talk abit about that in the next episode to further explain.
