Till then.. the only workaround is to not leave your ship in the SMA, but simple eject from it and leave it inside the POS Shields. I am a sad panda... @Mynxee: I doubt the CSM is capable of doing anything in this matter - but I'll bring it up. I only wonder what would happen in such situation - would I get compensated if I would lose my ship due to a confirmed bug? I would if I were you, even though it's a technically a bug--at least you might get CSM attention on something that puts T3 ship pilots at a significant disadvantage over...say...an equally-fitted ship that just jumped in from known space due to CCP's oversight.
