Episode 5 coincided with our Alliance Tournament 7 First Round recap, as guest expert and tournament commentator TeaDaze joined us for the full 3 hours of the show giving us his expert insight on everything tournament and then some. Alongside TeaDaze, Alekseyev Karrde, CEO of the Noir. Merc alliance jumped on the bandwagon and shared some interesting views regarding the tournament so far, as well as giving us a rundown of what it entails to be a mercenary. We also discussed last week’s siege on Planet Risk by Shadow of xXDEATHXx and how we managed to fend it off. War Childe of the Podded Podcast fame couldn’t make it on this episode, but he’s going to be with us on the next one.

Tonight’s Show

It’s going to be… Legen…

…wait for it!

For tonight’s show we shall:

  • Talk about the Alliance Tournament 7 and the results after the first weekend, what should we expect on the 2nd round and much much more about the greatest Alliance Tournament yet!
  • Discuss in more detail our learnings and experiences from the Siege of Planet Risk that happened last week, and talk about how a proper wormhole POS should be fitted!
  • Answer the questions you ask from our official channel in-game OTHER\SIRADIO
  • Discuss the Poll Results – it was such a heated subject we decided to keep the same Poll for the second week… or we slacked and forgot to change it… pick whatever you like :-p
  • Play tunes that you like (so if the music breaks suck – you only got yourself to blame!) (No commercial music on the podcast mate =P )
  • We shall be joined – LIVE – UNCUT and TOTALY UNPREPARED (it’s so funny because it’s true!) by an amazing list of guests including but not limited to:

    EvE Blog Pack – Yes we did!!

    New to the EVE Blog Pack – Did you really want in?

    yes we did!

    What a day today!!! We have been covering the Alliance Tournament and between matches, I check to see of any comments on the Planet Risk Show blog (this website duh!) and I notice CK’s response welcoming us to the Blog Pack. Luminus had to quickly change from a commentary to a song cause he thought I had some panic attack or whatever…  LOLs

    But what can we say? This is a pretty new blog and I did check out some of the other contesters for a spot on the Blog Pack and given the quality of some of these entries I didn’t think we had much of a chance! I am a bit ashamed that I haven’t noticed some of these blogs before they got on the Blog Pack – but I am glad cause I’ll have more EVE goodness to read every day :-)

    I must admit I was really happy to see Star Defender’s wormhole-focused blog get in the Blog Pack as well – I believe that makes us 3 out of 40 blogs that have an angle on wormholes – together with Letrange’s EVE Blog.

    I should be updating the links on the website soon – but not today as I need to get some sleep and get ready for tomorrow’s epic AT7 coverage!

    In the meantime you should definitely check out The New Blog Pack!

    We are sure as hell delighted to be part of it!
